This week we have been trying lots of different creative activities, and using different tools to manipulate the materials.  Cutting, threading, painting with rags and using play dough are all activities which are helping us to develop our muscles as we grow.  We are also developing our ability to play alongside others and co-operating.

In Meadow class we are looking forward to coming into nursery on Monday and seeing how the fairies have decorated our class!

Don’t forget to wear your pyjamas on Monday 3rd December for Polar Express day!

This week in Meadow class we have been ‘cleaning’ our classroom ready for Christmas.

We have also been writing our Christmas lists and looking through catalogues for ideas to send to Santa.

We have had a lovely week celebrating Halloween.

The children have enjoyed lots of activities around Halloween, from making cakes to exploring spooky pasta!

On Wednesday we had our Halloween party, all the children looked fabulous!

This week in Meadow class we have enjoyed getting to know all children during home visits and inductions, we look forward to seeing you all next week.

In meadow class this week we went for a lovely walk to the shop to get some pea pods to have for our healthy snack. We planted beans to watch grow just as in the Jack and the beanstalk story.

This week in meadow class we have been watching our tadpoles grow. They have not  got any frogs legs yet!

This week we have made our own prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding cakes…Mmmm!!
